General Works

• Fire door and door replacement (including jambs and hardware):
  Supply and installation of compliant fire-rated doors, and associated jambs and hardware. Ensuring safety, security, and compliance with building codes.
• Patch and paint:
  Repairing damaged walls, patching holes, and applying professional paint finishes to restore walls and surfaces to as-new condition. Common in hospitals, aged care, schools, and high-traffic areas.
• Internal relining:
  Replacing or repairing damaged internal linings such as plasterboard, sheeting, or wall panels to improve appearance, durability, and safety of interior spaces.

• Carpark repairs (bollards, wheel stops, speed humps, line marking):
  Installation and maintenance of safety and traffic management features in carparks to improve usability and compliance with safety standards.
• Painting:
  Internal and external painting services, from touch-ups to full repaints, using high-quality finishes suitable for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
• Access solutions:
  Provision of safe and reliable access systems including scaffolding, abseiling, and roof access installations. Our solutions are designed to support maintenance, repairs, and inspections while ensuring compliance with strict safety standards.
• Concreting:
  Concreting works including footpaths, ramps, kerbs, plinths, and repair of damaged slabs, ensuring strength and durability.

The six-week program involved a complete internal strip-out, followed by the installation of a new bathroom, kitchen, laundry, custom cupboards, flooring, and full repaint.
